An IRE / Reapit Bookings user should follow the instructions below in order to change their password

The password change and login authentication process is now complete and the system can be used as normal - the new password should now

Complete two-step authentication

Two-step authentication needs to completed to authenticate your device:

  • The screen below is displayed and a verification code is sent to your email or by SMS/text
    (dependent on your user settings)

  • When the code is received, enter it in the Verification Code field and click Submit

1. Change password from old/temporary password to new passwordAccess change password option

From main screen:

  • Click user name (bottom left)

  • Click Change Password

  • Enter the followingIn the Change Password screen, enter:

    • Old/Temporary Current Password: enter your current password (or a temporary one issued to you)

    • New Password: enter your new password
      Use the advice on screen regarding password length & content

    • Confirm New Password: enter your new password again

    • Click Change Password

Tip

You will now be directed to the login screen screen to login using your new password, see step 2

2. Log in using new password

The login screen will be displayed:

  • Enter your new Password and click Log In

3. Verify new password

You will now be required to verify the login:

  • A verification code is sent to your mobile

  • Enter the Verification Code received and click OK

A confirmation prompt is displayed to notify that a verification email has been sent to your inbox:

  • Click OK

4. Complete the password change and login authentication process

From email inbox:

  • Open email and click link titled click here

Your password is now reset to the new one entered & should be used when logging in
