This page outlines how you can send emails - either individually or in bulk
1. E-mailing an individual When an email address is shown on screen, usually a shortcut option is available to send an email To the right of the E-mail field: Click the envelope icon
Select Send e-mail

2. E-mailing in bulk Emails can be sent to a number of parties involved in an estate
i.e. landlord/freeholder, management company, leaseholders and occupiers From the estate record: Click E-mails
Options to send a blank email or use an email template are offered
Select the required option and click Accept
If choosing to email leaseholders or occupiers, see step 3
A new email message is created with the recipient email addresses added to the Bcc field
This ensures that email addresses are kept private from the other recipients of the message
