A configuration option was introduced in version 12.138 of AgencyCloud to allow lettings developments to be added, as outlined here

1. Search for lettings developments

Searching can be filtered by lettings development

From the Developments and Land Sites screen:

2. Copy pictures, attributes & appliance information to new records

When using the master/block record to create additional blocks or units, the option to copy pictures, attributes and/or appliances are offered

From the Developments and Land Sites screen:

Right-click over the relevant record and select Manage units
Use the tick boxes to choose whether to Copy Pictures, Copy Attributes and/or Copy Appliances across to the new block/unit

This option is also offered when choosing to duplicate as a multiple lot from the property record
