Tip

If you need to be reminded to make an applicant active again, use the call reminder functionality, as outlined in step 2 below

1. Make an applicant record inactive

From the applicant record:

  • Click the arrow beside the Active option

  • Select Mark as inactive

  • Click Save (top right)

2. Set a call reminder 

If you need to be reminded to make the applicant active again, set a call reminder

From the applicant record:

  • Click (plus) to the right of the Activity Feed panel and select Create call reminder

  • Complete the Call Reminder screen and click Save

  • The Call Reminder will be displayed in the applicant Activity Feed panel and will also be displayed on your Organiser from the reminder date, until it is marked as Complete

3. Making an applicant record active

From the applicant record:

  • Click the arrow beside the Active option

  • Select Mark as active

  • Click Save (top right)
