Bottom left of the works order screen:

Works order notes

Click button to add a note to the works order
Notes show up in the feed below - see example at the top of the Activity Feed list above

Sent emails

This section only applies if your system is set-up to save sent emails

Choosing to email the contractor, landlord or tenant from the works order screen will automatically log this in the Activity Feed panel
See two examples in the Activity Feed list above
Double-clicking an email displayed in the Activity Feed will open a new window showing the email message sent, along with any attachments that were included

To send an email from the works order:

To the right of an email address, click the envelope icon and select a Send e-mail option
