These options allow an individual user to choose how they best prefer to view their data within AgencyCloud

Tip

Before opening the Update My Details screen, it is recommended to open a screen where these settings apply (such as a property or applicant record)

Then, when making changes, they will be seen on the open record in the background

1. Access Edit My Details option

  • Click your name/office at the top of the main menu

  • Under your name, click Edit My Details

    The Update My Details screen will be displayed

2. Accessibility Settings

In the Accessibility Settings section:

  • Background contrast
    Impacts the space around the on-screen panels
    Options are: 

    • Standard - white
      (default setting)

    • High - light grey

    • Very High - dark grey

  • Header type
    Impacts the panel header
    Options are:

    • White - panel headers not shaded (default setting)

    • Grey - panel headers are shaded grey

    • Active screen colour - panel headers are shaded in the theme colour for the current screen
      e.g. applicant = green
      property = blue
      contact = orange

  • Click Save

When making changes to the Accessibility Settings, the Update My Details background contrast will change to demonstrate the impact of the changes
