A configuration option is available which allows draft and final property inspection report documents to be uploaded to a property inspection appointmentTo enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support
1. Upload property inspection draft report The option to upload property inspection documents is only available on a diary appointment screen when the Entry Type is Property Inspection and there is a tenancy on the selected property From the Property Inspection appointment: Draft Report and Final Report buttons are shown at the top of the screen Image ModifiedClick Draft Report A window will be displayed to allow you to browse to the report on your device Double-click when found The draft report is uploaded to the Property Inspection

3. Upload property inspection final report Click Final Report and browse to the report document, as outlined in step 1
The Final Report button is shown with a tick beside it
Hover over the button to display the date/time the report was uploaded
Click the button for options to View report and Delete report

4. Accessing the report documents As outlined above, the reports can be accessed via the property inspection appointment they can also be accessed via the tenancy letters screen From the tenancy: Click Letters Uploaded property inspection reports are shown in the Existing letters and files panel on right Image Modified Right-click over the file for options to rename, delete, print or email the report

The uploading of inspection reports is automatically logged as a Management Note on the tenancy and is therefore visible in the Activity Feed panel |

5. Reporting on uploaded property inspection reports Reporting on uploaded property inspection reports can be carried out, where configured From the main menu: Click Reports and select Power Reports Change the report type to Diary The highlighted fields below are those relating to reporting on uploaded property inspection reports, allowing you to report on report type uploaded and date uploaded Image Modified If your system does not offer options to report on uploaded property inspection reports, click here to contact Reapit Support to request configuration of these

Reports run regularly can be added to an Organiser panel - first, click Save to save the Power Report as a Predefined Report, then go to the Organiser and, from the panel header you wish to add the report to, click Settings (cog) icon and click the New Category link For more information on how to do this, see this guide: Adding and removing categories on the Organiser(step 3b) |
