1. Joint landlord example

Bella Carson is currently a joint landlord

to AgencyCloud

using the current joint landlord contact record, see next step

2. Add new lettings property & current joint landlord as main landlord

From current joint landlord contact record:

In Activity section (bottom left), click
Select Lettings Property

The contact search screen is displayed - click Add (top left)
You do not need to search for the landlord or select any option offered (just click Add)

A prompt may be displayed regarding marketing the contact’s address - click Yes/No as appropriate:

A new property record and landlord record is created and displayed with the contact added as the main/sole landlord
