From sales property, Attributes panel: Click edit (pencil) icon 
From property Attributes, Measurements section: Click the drop-down menu and select Square metres or Square feet This determines the measurement unit used when calculating the price Enter the relevant measurement(s) then close the Attributes window to save This can be entered as a single measurement or as a range, as required

2. Report on price per square foot/metre From Power Reports: Example report The example below will return all properties for sale and available in the user’s current office with a price per square foot of between £800 and £1,200  View price per square foot/metre in property report grids and organiser grids From a report or organiser grid: Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and click More Select Price Per Max. Area and/or Price Per Min. Area and click Accept  The new columns are added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column headings to the desired position Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout The columns will show when using this type of grid again - grid functions can be used to sort or filter by price To sort the list, click the column heading To filter the list, click to the right of the column heading (to view filter icon, shown below), enter the price to filter by and click Update
