From AgencyCloud 12.167+, when adding a manual journal entry on a property, landlord or contact record, a journal entry type of Accounts Note can be added
Prior to this release, an Accounts Note journal entry could be created by a Client Accounts user on a tenancy only
From the Activity Feed on a property, landlord or journal (or tenancy): Click  and select Create journal entry  Select Accounts Note, enter the journal entry note and click Accept  The Accounts Note is displayed in the Activity Feed (and journal, where applicable)
