To comply with UK Trading Standards guidance as to what information must be displayed online for property listings in relation to Material Information Parts Part B & C, parking information can now be stored ?????????this allows the required within the property attributes screen - this new field allows the relevant information to be logged consistently

In order for the required information to be uploaded to a property portal, further updates will be required on the relevant portal feeds (current timescale to be confirmed)

From property (sales or lettings):

  • In Attributes panel, click edit (pencil) icon

From the Attributes tab:

  • the Parking field allows you to select all relevant parking attributes for the property

  • Click the drop-down menu and select relevant options
    Options offered in this list (not all visible below) are in line with those specified as part of the regulations

  • When selected, the options are displayed in the Parking field

These options have no impact on Reapit match functionality

If you already have parking options available on the attributes screen, they can continue to be used for matching purposes
