The default setting is to allow users to be able to change both the main office and shared office(s) unless set otherwise If a user is restricted from changing the main office, they will not be able to promote a shared office to be the main office (via the star icon seen when hovering over the shared office name) If, prior to version 12.186, a user's lettings property security setting for offices was set so they were prevented from changing both the main office & shared offices - from 12.186+, this prevention will continue, in that will not be able to change both the main and shared offices
However, Enterprise clients can contact Reapit Support to ask for one/both of these settings to be changed, as outlined at the top of this page |
