When using a Rent Guarantee scheme, a configuration option is available which will transfer rent received to the provider before the Rent Guarantee agreement start date

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support 

From a lettings property:

  • Rent Guarantee information is entered into the Rent and Commission Details screen

  • When the configuration option is enabled, the First payment date is ignored and all rental income will be transferred to the rent guarantee provider
