In some circumstances, a contact cannot be archived (for example, if they have active roles) When this applies, a prompt will be displayed to inform why the archive cannot be carried out. If the contact has historical Landlord activity, you will be unable to archive, but you can still erase, or make inactive for GDPR purposes.
From contact record:
Click the drop-down option beside Status and select Archive
Click Yes
Tip
The Status icon on the contact record will change (as shown in next step) plus a log of when the contact was archived is added to the Activity Feed and contact journal
2. Unarchive contact
From contact:
Click the icon beside Status and select Unarchive
The contact record is active again
