: Managed tenancy raises rent, letting and management fees Rent collection will raise rent invoices, the narrative on the landlord statement will show as Rent collection fees Collect first rent payment raises the first invoice of the tenancy only If an invoice has already been raised - no more rent invoices will raise If a letting fee is set, this will raise through the life of the tenancy
Collect rent up to date will raise rent invoices up to a user defined date only Letting only will raise a letting fee to the landlord only Introducing tenant Image Added
