For clients with large databases, especially large volumes of archived data, they may find that searching from the main menu bar results in performance issues with their Reapit software.
To overcome this, a configuration option is available that switches off archive searching for applicants/properties/contacts* from the main menu. Archive searching will still be available, but only when a user chooses to do this.
Contact Reapit Support to enable.
