A configuration option is available to allow a Right to Rent ID check to be logged separately to a standard ID check

1. Logging a Right to Rent (RTR) ID check

From an applicant, vendor, tenant, landlord or contact screen:

  • Click Identity Check
    The ID Checks screen is displayed

  • Click Add New and select New Right to Rent check
  • Enter the required details for the check
    The details required for the check are dependent on configuration
  • Select relevant Right to Rent reason, options are:
    Permanent right to reside, Time limited right to reside, No right to reside

  • Click Save
    The new check and its status is displayed on the left side of the screen
2. Reporting on RTR checks

Reporting on RTR ID check information can be carried out, where configured

From the main menu:

  • Click Reports and select Power Reports

  • Change the report type to Contact and enter any required criteria, such as Active and/or Office, as shown below

  • From Linked Records, click ID Check
  • Select the RTR criteria to report on
    The fields highlighted below allow you to report on contacts with a specific RTR status and/or where the entered RTR check is due to expire

RTR ID check functionality requires the ID expiry functionality to be enabled too

When enabled, the panel on the left of the Identity Check screen is displayed (displaying information regarding current ID, plus ID that needs checking and ID that is due to/has expired and/or failed) along with the option to Add New and select the ID type being logged
