A configuration option is available which ensures that the next inspection date on a tenancy correlates with the next inspection date established via the inspection schedule

The difference between the dates occurs due to how the next inspection date is calculated on the tenancy and the inspection schedule:

  • on the Management tab of the tenancy record, the next inspection date is calculated using the Regular frequency setting (also on the Management tab)

  • on the inspection schedule, the next inspection date is calculated from the tenancy start date

To avoid a difference between the dates, it is advised to use this configuration option to ensure that the next inspection date on the tenancy matches the date on the inspection schedule

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

When this configuration is enabled:

  • The Next inspection date matches the Inspection Due date on the inspection schedule
