This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the vendor screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features

1. Contact shortcuts

As seen in other new UI screens, icons beside contact details offer shortcuts

  • For example: send email/SMS, edit, copy or delete

2. Delete / add options

  • Use the x and + buttons to remove and add second/additional vendors




3. Australian Trust Accounts

Applicable to Australian Trust Accounts clients only

  • Trust Accounts functions are displayed across the top of the screen and also in a dedicated panel, bottom right


The new vendor screen will only be displayed when the new property screen is in use, as outlined here
