If you have forgotten your Reapit IQ (training system) password, follow the guidance below.

The instruction below cannot be performed within a Citrix or Terminal Server environment - please use the latest version of Chrome or Internet Explorer (IE) in your desktop environment.

If there’s any uncertainty as to the environment your installs are located, please contact your IT support/contact who will be able to advise further.

Can't access your account / reset password?

If you haven't used your Reapit IQ account for 2 years, it will have been terminated due to inactivity

You can easily reactivate your account by raising a request - click here to access the form to use

Please ensure the form above is used, as it will be sent directly to the team who can action your request

1. Access Reapit IQ

From the main menu in Reapit Agency Cloud:

  • Click your name/office (top left)

  • Click Support and select Contact Support 

  • Click Reapit IQ

2. Click Forgotten your Password? link

From the Reapit IQ login screen:

  • Click Forgotten your Password?



3. Enter your email address

  • Email ID / Username: enter your email address

  • Check the box beside I'm not a robot 

  • Click Email my password



4. Receive new password via email

  • Look out for an email from
    training@reapit.com titled Your new Reapit IQ password

  • Open the email to view your new password

    • The new password should be copied across to the Password field in Reapit IQ

      Do not double-click the password before copying it to Reapit IQ - this adds a space to the end of the password, meaning it will not work

    • Click and drag carefully over the characters of the password to select them, ensuring no blank spaces are selected

    • Paste the password into the Reapit IQ Password field and click Sign In
