No additional configuration is required for this update - however, property licensing functionality is a configurable option for Enterprise customers

Updates to the property licensing screen were made in version 12.202 - for more information on these changes, click here: https://reapit.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYAIng

Following the updates made to property licensing functionality in version 12.202, the following fields can be reported on via property reports (for sales or lettings):

  • Licence expiry

  • Licence required

  • Licence type granted

From property report (for sales or lettings):

  • Build required property report criteria

  • In Linked Records, select Licences sub-report

  • The following licencing fields can be reported on:

    • Licence expiry: select the date range (in days/weeks/months)

    • Licence required: select is true/false (i.e. yes/no)

    • Licence type granted: select required licence type

Example report

This report will return lettings properties with a current tenancy, where Anna Graham is the manager and the licence type for the property Mandatory
