When sending emails that include attachments, the attached files are saved, as well as the email itself.

Wherever sent emails are being saved, from version 12.119+, attachments will be stored automatically.

Configuration is required in order for sent emails to be saved. If not configured on your system, and you are an Enterprise customer, please click here to raise a configuration request with Reapit Support. 

1. Send email

An email can be sent from within the system in various places

For example: 

  • Click envelope icon beside an email address

Emails can be sent from various areas within Reapit Agency Cloud

For example: from the offers screen, the sales progression screen and when booking a diary appointment

2. Saved email in Activity Feed

After the email is sent, a record of this is added to the Activity Feed of the related record(s)

  • Sent emails and letters are shown with an envelope icon

  • Emails that have been sent with an attachment also display a paperclip

  • Double-click the email to open


3. Saved email

The sent email is shown including:

  • recipient name(s)

  • email message

  • attached file(s)
    Double-click to open/view the attached file
