Two configuration options are available which, when enabled, prevent a user from manually changing the Market Appraisal date and who it was carried out by on a sales and/or lettings property

Either, or both, the sales and lettings configuration settings can be applied per user/group

Sales property

From the property record: 

  • Click Financial button (beside price/commission fields)
    The Financial and Agency Information screen is displayed

  • Both the MA field and Market Appraisal By field are greyed out and not editable
    The information seen in these fields is determined by the MA appointment booked on this property

Lettings property

From the property record: 

  • Click Rent/Fee Details
    The Rent and Commission Details screen is displayed

  • Both the MA field and Inspected By field are greyed out and not editable
    The information seen in these fields is determined by the MA appointment booked on this property

The information written to the sales/lettings financial/rent-fee details screen is determined by the initial MA appointment booked on the property - if the appointment date/negotiator is changed, a super user/administrator within your business may have the authorisation to enter data in these fields - if not, click here to contact Reapit Support
