This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

From AgencyCloud version 12.133, a shortcut option to send emails to relevant parties is available via the Letters button on a sales or lettings property, a tenancy and an applicant record - a shortcut option is also available via the Documents button on a works order

Where multiple email addresses are stored (e.g. for multiple vendors or applicants), all email addresses will be used

1. Sales property Right-click over the Letters button An option to email the vendor is offered
2. Lettings property Right-click over the Letters button Options to email the landlord and the existing tenant are offered
3. Tenancy Right-click over the Letters button Options to email the landlord, the tenant or all parties are offered
4. Applicant Right-click over the Letters button An option to email all contacts is offered
5. Works order Right-click over the Documents button Options to email the landlord and tenants are offered

A shortcut option to email each/all parties involved in an offer is already available by right-clicking the Letters button on the Offers screen
