When logging in to Reapit, the Reapit Connect login screen will remember the email address of the last logged in user

After launching Reapit:

  • The email address of the last logged in user is already entered
    Click Continue to proceed with entering your password or, where required, change the email address first

Retaining the email address of the previous logged in user replicates the behaviour seen before the update to the Reapit Connect login screen in November 2024

Changes to the Reapit Connect login were due to the use of a new authentication provider, Auth0
When entering your user name, you now need to click Continue (or press enter on your keyboard) to move to the next screen where the password is entered
