Portal data feed error emails RTDF (UK only)

When using real time data feed (RTDF) to property portals, emails from a portal outlining data feed errors may be received for various reasons
This page outlines the common errors and what needs to be done in order to prevent further emails being received
1. Issue: branch ID access to channel An ID can feed properties across one of the sales or lettings channels - you'll receive this email if a property is set to feed across a channel it isn't associated to Email message We were unable remove your property as the Branch ID provided in the call does not have access to the Lettings/Sales channel Solution

Issue: branch ID not associated with network Usually occurs when the wrong branch ID has been added to the AgencyCloud configuration and a property is set to feed across that ID Email message We were unable to remove this property record because the branch_ID specified is not associated with your network Solution

3. Issue: unable to remove property Email message We were unable to remove your property record because Agent_Ref given did not correspond with any property for the branch_id or channel specified in the RemoveProperty request Solution
