When using real time data feed (RTDF) to property portals, emails from a portal outlining data feed errors may be received for various reasons
This page outlines the common errors and what needs to be done in order to prevent further emails being received

Where is the branch ID set up in Reapit?
The branch ID used by the portals, is setup in Reapit within the Office Setup screen - this screen is accessible if you have access to self-service configuration screens in Reapit
