Two configuration options are available which, when enabled, prevent a user from:
creating a new works order (this also affects being able to create works orders in bulk)
editing an existing works order
Either one or both of the above settings can be applied per user/group
When both of the above settings are enabled (i.e. the user cannot add or edit works orders):
From version 12.133, when configuration is set so that works order cannot be edited, you will still be able to add notes to them |
