Log Landlord Registration information (UK only)

Landlord Registration information can be logged via the Identity Check screen - the information can be entered from any ID Check screen, i.e. on the contact record or from any role the landlord has

Identity check information is stored in the contact record and can be entered on the applicant, vendor, tenant, landlord or contact screens, as outlined here: Enter & report on ID

1. Add new Landlord Registration information

From the relevant record (e.g. contact, landlord etc):

  • Click Identity Check

  • Click Add New

  • Select New Landlord Registration



2. Enter Landlord Registration information

  • Enter the Status and Date of the check and who the information was Checked by

  • Enter the Expiry date of the landlord registration

  • Enter any related text Details and/or upload a related Document

  • Select the Local Authority from the list, or add new

  • Click Save

 

3. Saved information

The left side of the screen displays information regarding current registration information and will flag when it is due to expire, or has expired
