Reapit Mobile overview

Increase efficiency & professional image

An essential tool for your team out in the field:

  • when carrying out a market appraisal, use to impress potential vendors by having the ability to create a list of live potential buyers/tenants that are searching for properties exactly like theirs

  • after a viewing, feedback can be immediately recorded, arming the office with up-to-the minute information to keep your vendors/landlords informed

  • diary can be accessed for appointment information but it also allows new appointments to be booked – after a viewing with an applicant, you can book a second viewing right there and then

Access to essential functionality

Provides access to day-to-day functions for both sales and lettings users, giving access to the Organiser, the diary, applicants, properties, contacts, messages and tasks plus general reports. Functionality is focused around negotiator and manager tasks – from registering an applicant or adding a market appraisal property, to processing appointment follow ups, setting call reminders and tasks or running reports whilst out of the office.

Usability

Designed to allow a current user to pick up easily. After creating a shortcut to Mobile on their device, users are set-up and ready to go. Using a sleek, easy to navigate interface - all usual terminology, commonly accessed screens and functions have been emulated.

Handy shortcuts

A quick tap on a phone or envelope icon allows a contact to be called or emailed. For example, tapping the phone icon beside a vendor contact number will paste the number to the phone app interface on a smart phone; whereas tapping the envelope icon beside a vendor email address will create a new message with their email address already pasted across.

Security

The usual and standard high levels of security are mirrored in Mobile. No client information stored on a mobile device itself; only data stored is that which relates to a user’s login. Safety measures are in place at source, such as users being automatically logged out of Mobile after 10 minutes of inactivity. Entering a password incorrectly a number of times will also force a temporary lock-out. In addition, a variety of infrastructure level security protocols are in place to prevent and minimise brute force attacks to the data centre; this being the case for both desktop and mobile usage.
