Set a call reminder
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions
Call reminders are a useful tool to allow the setting of a reminder for any contact role
They also allow a reminder to be set for a contact without affecting the next call date already set on a property or applicant record
A call reminder can be created against any record, i.e. applicant, property/vendor, landlord, tenancy, company or contact
1. Create call reminder In the Activity Feed section of a record:

2. Enter detail & save

3. Call reminder in Activity Feed & on Organiser
|
4. Mark call reminder as completed from Activity Feed From the Activity Feed:

4. Mark call reminder as completed from Organiser On the day the call reminder is due, it will be displayed in the Organiser for the user named on the reminder (in the Messages & Tasks panel) From the Organiser:
