Using LonRes to upload and import properties (UK only)
This legacy functionality has been deprecated - however an app is available within the Reapit AppMarket which replaces this
Access AppMarket and search LonRes
An agent who is a member of LonRes can:
Upload properties from Reapit to the LonRes portfolio
This gives external agents access to the property details - if it sells as a result of the external agent introduction, the external agent takes a proportion of the agent feeImport properties from the LonRes portfolio to Reapit
This gives the agent access to external agents’ property details - allowing them to match the property to registered applicants in Reapit, along with carrying out other usual marketing practices
If the property sells as a result of their introductions, the agent then takes a proportion of the external agent fee
1. Uploading properties from Reapit to LonRes When properties upload to LonRes will depend on configuration within Reapit upload settings Multiple options are available and settings will differ from client to client The following standard criteria needs to be included on the property record in Reapit:

2. Importing a property from LonRes to Reapit After logging on to the LonRes website and finding a property to import, from the search results screen (i.e. before clicking to view the full property details):

Uploading to and importing from LonRes is only possible for agents who are LonRes members and where the necessary configuration has been carried out by Reapit Support
