Using LonRes to upload and import properties (UK only)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to UK only

An agent who is a member of LonRes can:

  • Upload properties from AgencyCloud to the LonRes portfolio
    This gives external agents access to the property details - if it sells as a result of the external agent introduction, the external agent takes a proportion of the agent fee

  • Import properties from the LonRes portfolio to AgencyCloud
    This gives the agent access to external agents’ property details - allowing them to match the property to registered applicants in AgencyCloud, along with carrying out other usual marketing practices
    If the property sells as a result of their introductions, the agent then takes a proportion of the external agent fee

1. Uploading properties from AgencyCloud to LonRes

When properties upload to LonRes will depend on configuration within Reapit upload settings

Multiple options are available and settings will differ from client to client

The following standard criteria needs to be included on the property record in AgencyCloud:

  • Postcode

  • Description

  • No internet advertising - needs to be unchecked (in property Marketing screen)

The following may have a bearing, but will depend on the upload options enabled within Reapit upload configuration:

  • In Agency, Sub agents option checked

  • Property Status set to For Sale Available or SSTC/Under Offer Available

Once a property is added to AgencyCloud with the qualifying areas complete, its details will automatically be available on LonRes, usually on the following day (dependent on upload settings)

2. Importing a property from LonRes to AgencyCloud 

After logging on to the LonRes website and finding a property to import, from the search results screen (i.e. before clicking to view the full property details):

  • Use the drop-down menus to select how to import the property

  • Click Now

A property that has been imported from LonRes contains:

  • Property details

  • Pictures and agent details (no vendor details are available)

    This then allows usual functions to be used, such as:

  • Matching

  • Logging viewings

  • Logging offers

  • Sales & fee information
