Using LonRes to upload and import properties (UK only)

An agent who is a member of LonRes can:
Upload properties from AgencyCloud to the LonRes portfolio
This gives external agents access to the property details - if it sells as a result of the external agent introduction, the external agent takes a proportion of the agent feeImport properties from the LonRes portfolio to AgencyCloud
This gives the agent access to external agents’ property details - allowing them to match the property to registered applicants in AgencyCloud, along with carrying out other usual marketing practices
If the property sells as a result of their introductions, the agent then takes a proportion of the external agent fee
1. Uploading properties from AgencyCloud to LonRes When properties upload to LonRes will depend on configuration within Reapit upload settings Multiple options are available and settings will differ from client to client The following standard criteria needs to be included on the property record in AgencyCloud:
