Record valuation figures & fees

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Valuation figures and fees discussed during a market appraisal is valuable information which should be recorded

This article outlines where these figures should be entered on the property record

From the property record:

  • Click Financial button (beside price/commission fields)
The Financial and Agency Information screen is displayed

  • Enter the following:

    • Recommended Price: the price you think it should be marketed at

    • Market Appraisal Price: the price you think it will sell for

    • Vendor Estimate Price: what your client’s expectation is

    • Total Company Selling Fee: enter the agreed fee

The valuation figures can be used to populate letters for future correspondence with the client and also ensure that pipeline figures are reported correctly when generating reports
