Furnishing & decoration attributes - configuration setting

The configuration options for property Attributes have been changed from version 12.129+ so that it is possible to hide the option of Decoration (sales attribute) and Furnishing (lettings attribute) independently from each other - previously it was only possible to hide both options
This is useful if you want to have the Furnishing Attribute available for your lettings properties, but not offer the Decoration Attribute for your sales properties
