Certificate changes logged in the Activity Feed & Journal - configuration option

A configuration option is available which, when enabled, shows all additions, edits and deletions of certificates on a lettings property in the Activity Feed and Journal 

This will assist with compliance by providing an accurate audit trail of activity surrounding safety certificates

This feature may result in slower performance for large databases

From the property record:

The Activity Feed panel will display details of:

  • New certificates

  • Certificates that have been deleted

  • Changes to existing certificates
    All changes within the Certificates screen are logged, except for additions/edits to the Notes field

Double-click an entry to display the property Journal:

  • Changes to certificates are stored in the Detail Change section
