Show landlord details in works order list/grid - configuration option

Please specify, from the options listed below, the landlord information you wish to show in your works order grids

A configuration option is available which allows landlord details to be shown when viewing a list of works orders - a combination of the following can be added:

  • Landlord name

  • Landlord email

  • Landlord phone (shows all contact details in one field)

  • Landlord short or long address

1. Landlord information shown in grid

From a list of works orders for all properties:

  • Landlord information for each works order is shown in the grid - in the example below:

    • The new columns are shown to the right - columns can be clicked and dragged to move position, as required (after moving, right-click grid heading and select Save grid layout)

    • The Landlord name, Landlord email, Landlord phone (showing all contact details) and the Landlord address (short version) has been set-up to display on the grid

2. Sort and filter by landlord

The works order list can be sorted or filtered by landlord

  • Click the column heading to sort in ascending or descending order

  • Click the filter icon to the right of the column heading to filter (e.g. by landlord name)
