Works order note includes time stamp

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When adding a note to a works order, it now includes the time it was added (along with the date)

1. Enter works order note

From a works order, Notes panel:

2. Note added

The time the note was added is now included, along with the date and user ID (as usual)
