Link branch receipts to bank statement - configuration option

Configuration option which allows branch receipts to be linked to a bank statement

The unallocated tenant receipts screen has been enhanced so that you can easily expand/collapse each section and, where configuration is enabled, you can easily distinguish between receipts and invoices and also add notes to receipts
