Custom/automated rule-based tenant arrears notifications - configuration option

A configuration option is available to allow rule-based tenant arrears notifications to be set up which allow pre-set plans to run that depend on the current length of arrears

Configuration options include:

  • sending a notification to the tenant, landlord or guarantor - or tenant and guarantor

    • notification can take the form of a text, an email or a letter

  • use of preset templates which can differ for each notification set up 

  • different set up for each office

  • option to exclude tenancies which have finished

Using rule-based arrears notifications

From the main menu: 

  • Click Lettings and select Chase Arrears

  • Tick the arrears to include

  • Click Send rule-based notifications (bottom right)

Prompts will be shown on screen, dependent on the notification plans in place
