Add licenced occupiers to a tenancy (when tenant is a company)

When a tenant is a company, you can add licenced occupiers to the tenancy - both standard tenants and occupiers can be added to the same tenancy
Once added, letters can be set up to send to the occupier, instead of the company, and vice versa
This feature applies when a tenant was added as a company applicant, as shown in the example below:
A licenced occupier is someone whose name is not on the rental agreement
The company that are providing their accommodation are used for this instead
