Identify repeat viewings/appointments

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

From version 12.133+, an appointment can be marked as a 'repeat' - this is particularly useful for viewings, as it allows a repeat viewing to be clearly identified from a first viewing

From version 12.156+, this feature has been enhanced via a duplicate function along with reporting options for repeat viewings, click here for more information:
Book & identify second/repeat viewings (via duplicate viewing option)

From the diary appointment:

  • Enter the appointment details, as usual

  • Tick Repeat

2. Repeat appointment in diary
