Display total arrears on tenancy (UK only) - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the UK only

A configuration option is available to display the total of all arrears against a tenancy, not just rent invoices

From the tenancy, Details tab:

The Accounts panel displays the total Arrears figure
With this configuration switched on: the total figure shown will match the total of the arrears seen when clicking the figure to view the detail (i.e. the total of all arrears)
With this configuration switched off: the total figure shown is for rent invoices in arrears only, clicking the figure to view the detail will then show all arrears
