Automatically save client account reconciliation report - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which ensures that when the client account reconciliation report is generated, a copy of it is automatically saved

1. Run the reconciliation report, as usual

From the Lettings/Rentals option on the main menu:

  • Click Client Account Reconciliation and run the report as usual

2. Access saved reports

From the Client Account Reconciliation screen:

  • The Previous reports panel displays the saved reports

  • The filters at the bottom of the screen allow you to choose to view reports by date and/or by how they were generated

    Clicking Both offers the option to filter by Manual or Automatic generated reports

Your system can be set up to automatically run the client account reconciliation report when posting the bank reconciliation - as outlined here
