This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

From AgencyCloud 12.134+, the Payments report has a Batch column available - this allows payments to be filtered/sorted by batch reference

From Lettings/Rentals on the main menu:

  • Click Reporting and Analysis and select View Payments
    The Payments window is displayed

  • Clicking to the right of the Batch column heading allows you to filter by batch number to see relevant payments
