Property inspection schedule MI report

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Scheduled property inspections can be reported on via the Inspection Schedule Report - select the dates to report on, then choose whether to filter by office and/or tenancy status

The report can be viewed within Reapit and also exported to Excel

1. Access the report option

From the main menu:

  • Click Reports then select MI Analysis

  • Select Inspection Schedule Report 
    Click Select (or manually enter dates) to enter criteria for the report

    In this example, details of inspections due from 01/07 - 15/07 will be returned for all current tenancies from any office

  • Click Report

 

2. View report

The report shows all inspections due within the selected dates - key information is shown such as address, tenancy start date, landlord, inspection responsibility etc.

  • If the Appointment column is blank, then an appointment has not been scheduled yet

  • Click a column heading to sort, or click to the right of the column heading to filter by that column

  • Double-click an entry to view the associated tenancy, or right-click an entry for options to view the associated inspection appointment (when booked) or the tenancy

  • Click Export to export the report to Excel
