Select landlord statement template for individual landlords

The appropriate landlord statement template can be selected when generating the landlord statement - this option is useful for an accounts team who need to use different landlord statement template types for different landlords

From the landlord record, click Statements:

  • Click Select Statement Template
    A window will be displayed showing available landlord statement template options

  • Select the required template and click Accept
    The template name will be displayed on screen

    The selected template will be used when generating the landlord statement and will be automatically selected when generating subsequent statements (but can still be changed)
