Rent review with no change - logged on tenancy screen

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When a rent review has taken place and there has been no change to the rent charged, this is indicated on the Financial & Renewals screen of the tenancy

1. Log alteration on tenancy

From the tenancy screen, Financial & Renewals tab, add an Alteration as usual:

  • Select Alteration

  • Enter the From date and, as no changes are being made, click Accept

     

2. ‘No Change’ logged on tenancy screen

In the Renewals / Alterations / Fees panel:

  • The Alteration is displayed - the Details column displays as No Change
