Re-let checklist - configuration option

Configuration option which provides a re-let checklist on a lettings property when a tenancy ends and the property status is changed to available

Identify Property Manager and/or Property Administrator on a lettings property - configuration option

Two configuration options are available to allow a specific Property Manager and/or a Property Administrator to be identified on a lettings property, alongside the existing Key Contact/Manager option

Store alarm details on a lettings property (carbon monoxide & smoke alarms) - configuration option

Configuration option which allows smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm details to be stored on a lettings property - a tenancy cannot be marked current until alarm details are added, plus alarms which are due to expire or require a service are flagged on the Organiser, allowing individual or bulk works orders to be booked
