Set fee splits on sales property

From AgencyCloud 12.145, fee splits can be set up on the property Financial screen - allowing fee splits to be established before the property gets to offer/exchange stage

From the property screen:

  • Click Financial

  • At the bottom of the screen, click Fee Splits

  • Click to add a new fee split (as usual)
    For information about adding fee splits, click here

  • When a property is pre-exchange, the figure that is usually calculated from the exchange price will be shown as 0 until the exchange price is entered when the property moves to exchanged

  • Fee splits added here will automatically show on the Offers screen (Buyer & Sales Details tab)
    If fees are added on the Offers screen, they will automatically show on the property Financial screen
