Workflow available for works orders

From AgencyCloud 12.148+, automated workflow settings can be used for works orders - allowing different automations to be set-up on creating and/or saving a works order

For example, workflow could be set-up so that a tenant is emailed when a works order is logged and progressing - and, when the works order status changes to completed, further emails could be sent to inform the tenant and/or landlord
