Landlord notes & property notes in certificates grid

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When using a certificates grid to view/manage certificates in bulk, landlord notes and/or property notes can be added as columns to the grid

1. Add & save Landlord Notes & Property Notes columns to the certificates screen

From Organiser, Property Management panel:

  • Right-click over a certificate entry, e.g. Gas safety expiry in xx days and click Full results

  • The certificates screen is displayed - to add the new columns, right-click over the column headings, click Pick columns then select both the Landlord Notes and Property Notes options

  • The two new columns will be added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column headings to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

2. Use the Landlord Notes & Property Notes columns in the certificates screen

Grid functions can be used to sort or filter by landlord or property notes

  • To sort the list, click the column heading

  • To filter by column content, click to the right of the column heading (to view filter icon) and enter the required text to filter by
